INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
One-to-one sessions assist in revealing the underlying behavioural issues leading to conflict at home or school. Clare helps individuals to work through practical and emotional issues to build confidence and self-esteem.
Often parents express difficulty in juggling the responsibilities of children, spouses and work. At different stages of parenting we are faced with new challenges.
Parents often disagree on how to discipline children and this can cause
conflict for all involved. Clare’s compassionate and direct approach helps
facilitate change. These sessions are available by appointment.

Belief and Consequences), a cognitive behavioural therapy model.
These workshops will help students recognise the concept of rational
thinking when faced with bullying and social cruelty. It is preferable to run

for change.
These classes are ideal to run in conjunction with school syllabus on values
and bullying.

These interactive workshops clearly illustrate how to employ the ABC Paradigm to manage behavioural issues, such as bullying, self-esteem, fairness and anger.
We will demonstrate how to utilise this format for many open and honest group discussions and conflict resolution. Staff will be provided with simple examples they can use as ‘door openers’.
